Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist or administrative role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work onsite five days a week
  • professional appearance
  • availability to work 7am-4pm or 7.30am-4.30pm shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate degree or administrative certification is a plus
  • previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organized reception area
  • schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings
  • arrange catering and logistics for meetings and company events
  • monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability
  • provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • collaborate with and support other departments as needed
