Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • punctual and reliable attendance
  • high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • capability to handle confidential information sensitively
  • ability to operate office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and copiers
  • able to perform sedentary work involving sitting, standing, and occasional lifting
  • must be available for daily in-office attendance from 8am to 5pm
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and customers in person and on the phone with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor
  • manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • perform filing, data entry, copying, scanning, printing, and distributing of mail
  • post outgoing mail and handle special administrative projects
  • assist the office leadership team with additional needs as assigned
  • maintain security protocols and monitor access to the suite or floor
  • perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
