Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- punctual and reliable attendance
- high degree of organization and attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- capability to handle confidential information sensitively
- ability to operate office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and copiers
- able to perform sedentary work involving sitting, standing, and occasional lifting
- must be available for daily in-office attendance from 8am to 5pm
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Greet clients and customers in person and on the phone with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- perform filing, data entry, copying, scanning, printing, and distributing of mail
- post outgoing mail and handle special administrative projects
- assist the office leadership team with additional needs as assigned
- maintain security protocols and monitor access to the suite or floor
- perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
