Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education
  • at least two years of experience in a customer service role
  • strong communication skills
  • a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

  • At least two or more years of experience working in a customer service-based role
  • a team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • strong communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal, and effective time management
  • a professional demeanor and appearance
  • willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening
  • a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and either a minimum age of 21 or at least three years of driving experience
  • a high school diploma or equivalent education is required

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct guests to the appropriate person or department
  • answer, screen, and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system
  • provide accurate and basic information to customers over the phone
  • assist Sales and Administrative teams with light clerical duties
  • occasionally serve as the backup for the Service/Parts Cashier role
  • maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary supplies
  • uphold confidentiality of company matters and adhere to policies and procedures
