Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- at least two years of experience in a customer service role
- strong communication skills
- a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications
- At least two or more years of experience working in a customer service-based role
- a team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- strong communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal, and effective time management
- a professional demeanor and appearance
- willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and either a minimum age of 21 or at least three years of driving experience
- a high school diploma or equivalent education is required
Job Duties
- Greet and direct guests to the appropriate person or department
- answer, screen, and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system
- provide accurate and basic information to customers over the phone
- assist Sales and Administrative teams with light clerical duties
- occasionally serve as the backup for the Service/Parts Cashier role
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary supplies
- uphold confidentiality of company matters and adhere to policies and procedures
