Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Willingness to work part-time onsite in Redlands, CA
Availability Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Self-motivated and highly organized

Job Qualifications

Prior healthcare experience
Prior receptionist experience
Knowledge of basic computer systems such as MS Word and Excel
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Greet all visitors to the building and provide excellent customer service
Maintain visitor and employee logs accurately and securely
Handle courier pickups and deliveries
Issue and maintain visitor badges
Communicate local office escalations clearly and promptly
Provide daily administrative support to the specialty pharmacy business unit
Assist with additional projects assigned by leadership
