Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or a related field
- ability to work scheduled hours on Monday, Friday, and Saturday
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- understanding of HIPAA compliance
- attention to detail
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Job Duties
- Operate multi-line phone system and answer calls quickly in a polite and friendly manner
- transfer calls to appropriate staff and take messages as needed
- greet and monitor visitors at main entrance, ensuring they sign in and wear badges
- monitor emergency situations and direct staff, call emergency personnel as needed
- maintain files of residents’ names and room locations for visitor entry system
- keep mailboxes and coat room up to date
- maintain leave of absence, memorial service, birthday, and anniversary lists
- prepare daily Clark What’s Happenings announcements
- comply with HIPAA regulations in all communications
- supervise package and flower deliveries
- assist with typing, reporting, and computer tasks
- conduct wellness checks and notify care staff of resident concerns
- perform other duties as assigned
