Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact
  • Provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • Assist with business office functions including filing and data entry
  • Support recruiting functions and team coordination
  • Manage telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
