Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • preferred two years' receptionist experience
  • minimum one year customer service experience
  • prior multi-line phone experience
  • kindness and patience with seniors
  • ability to perform regular computer tasks
  • occasional lifting up to 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors
  • answer the telephone
  • maintain the front office area in a neat and organized manner
  • provide administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis
  • occasionally assist with other shifts
  • manage multi-line phone systems
  • ensure excellent customer service and communicate effectively with seniors and their families
