Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to use office equipment and computer software
  • neat and professional appearance
  • upbeat and positive attitude
  • capable of interacting with clients in a friendly and respectful manner

Job Duties

  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • type memos, correspondence, reports, and other administrative duties as needed
  • assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • scanning documents
  • filing
  • maintain appearance of reception area
  • other duties as assigned
