Job Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- provide basic information to customers regarding dealership services
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- support sales, service, and other dealership departments with clerical duties
- communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams
