- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, showroom, and waiting lounge
- Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.
- Assist the sales teams with admin support as needed
- Log customer information accurately in the CRM
- Provide accurate information regarding dealership hours, promotions, etc.
- Uphold a professional appearance and always comply with dealership policies
