Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare office preferred
- Basic computer skills including experience with practice management systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- Support the Perfect Patient Experience process by welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort during visits
- Schedule appointments to ensure each healthcare provider has a smooth and productive day
- Interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area
- Answer telephones promptly and efficiently handle all calls
- Complete all tasks on the front office checklist daily
- Post payments to patient accounts in compliance with company policies
- Serve as a subject matter expert in practice management systems for patient registration and account accuracy
- Efficiently check in patients, obtain necessary consents, and notify back office of patient arrivals with pertinent information
- Confirm patient appointments in line with company policies at least two days in advance
- Return and resolve all patient messages from the Contact Center promptly
- Actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
- Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts key performance metrics
- Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand by making decisions consistent with the brand framework
- Support clinician efforts in patient education regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies as well as state and federal regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
