Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years of experience in a receptionist or related customer service role
  • ability to work every other weekend, weekday closing shifts, and rotating holidays
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to create a positive first impression
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • successful completion of background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years of direct experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with phone systems and basic office software
  • ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • equivalent education may substitute experience

Job Duties

  • greet visitors, residents, participants, staff, and family members upon entry of the facility
  • answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • provide customer service information and assist with inquiries
  • schedule and confirm appointments
  • open, sort, and forward incoming mail
  • maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • handle administrative tasks as assigned
