Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office administrative tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and fluctuating workloads
- Background check clearance
- Availability for full-time, in-person work

Job Duties
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system professionally
- Provide support as Receptionist, CFO Assistant, and Accounting Department including accounts receivable and payable tasks
- Download, organize, and match invoices and packing slips
- Enter payroll data accurately and maintain archives
- Assist in identifying customer needs and performing administrative duties
- Maintain and renew business licenses and various permits
- Process business license renewals and coordinate payments as needed
- Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required
