Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and office administrative tasks
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and fluctuating workloads
  • Background check clearance
  • Availability for full-time, in-person work

Job Duties

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system professionally
  • Provide support as Receptionist, CFO Assistant, and Accounting Department including accounts receivable and payable tasks
  • Download, organize, and match invoices and packing slips
  • Enter payroll data accurately and maintain archives
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and performing administrative duties
  • Maintain and renew business licenses and various permits
  • Process business license renewals and coordinate payments as needed
  • Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required
