Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- knowledge of checking IDs and recognizing fraudulent identification
- ability to scan customers into POS systems accurately
- adherence to Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division laws and company SOPs
- excellent organizational skills to manage customer queues
- proficiency in answering and directing phone calls
- maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times
- willingness to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- familiarity with identification verification processes
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- basic computer proficiency
- knowledge of cannabis industry regulations preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- compliantly checking IDs in accordance with Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division laws and regulations
- scanning customers into the POS system
- organizing customer queues for safety and efficiency
- signing in visitors to the guest log and verifying approval
- answering phone calls professionally and directing calls to appropriate retail team members
- communicating product assortment and loyalty program details to customers
