Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts within 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working onsite in Odenton, MD
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage

- Maintain accurate records and assist with billing support
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
