Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage workspace administrative and support needs for customers
- Assist customers with technical and logistical requests including WiFi, printing, and meeting room setup
- Ensure services and invoices are accurately processed and charged
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain workspace standards
- Engage with customers to provide directions, support, and information about the center and local amenities
- Collaborate with Community Manager to plan and promote networking events
- Handle customer issues promptly by raising service tickets and providing solutions
