Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage workspace administrative and support needs for customers
  • Assist customers with technical and logistical requests including WiFi, printing, and meeting room setup
  • Ensure services and invoices are accurately processed and charged
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain workspace standards
  • Engage with customers to provide directions, support, and information about the center and local amenities
  • Collaborate with Community Manager to plan and promote networking events
  • Handle customer issues promptly by raising service tickets and providing solutions
