Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant role
- primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine completed
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office including Excel
- knowledge of basic accounting principles
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong organizational and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
- proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
- outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software including Excel
- high school diploma
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- manage phone calls and correspondence including e-mail, letters, and packages
- support bookkeeping
- track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- submit timely reports
- sort mail
- perform any other duty to help maintain the office
- assist colleagues whenever necessary
