Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to recognize valid and fraudulent IDs
- Compliance knowledge with MED cannabis laws
- Availability for part-time, non-exempt hourly position
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional appearance at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills for using POS and visitor log systems
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette
Job Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Compliantly checking IDs according to MED laws and company SOPs
- Scanning customers into the POS system
- Organizing customer queues to ensure order and efficiency
- Signing in visitors and issuing visitor badges
- Answering phone calls professionally and directing them appropriately
- Maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby area
