Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation to travel between campuses
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprint clearance
- Availability during school hours Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
- Support school staff with scheduling, communications, and other office needs
- Travel to assigned school locations as needed with preferred travel distance
- Provide excellent front office support across multiple campuses
