Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience in an office environment
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional etiquette
  • Willing to work extended hours as needed during our busy tax season (January 1 - April 15)

  • 1+ years of related experience in an office environment

  • Experience within a CPA or professional services environment (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Manage the front desk/lobby area of the office
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments for firm partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients and effective support for internal staff
  • Process outgoing and incoming mail
  • Order supplies
  • Scan documents
  • Assist with scheduling, managing online portal for clients, and clerical processing of tax return packets
  • Assist Office Manager as needed
