Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite
  • professional attitude and appearance
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • may require occasional lifting of office supplies or packages

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
  • receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • provide general support to visitors and staff
  • handle inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate department
  • monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • perform other responsibilities as needed and assigned by local leadership
