Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- proficiency in microsoft office suite
- professional attitude and appearance
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- may require occasional lifting of office supplies or packages

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
- receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- provide general support to visitors and staff
- handle inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate department
- monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- perform other responsibilities as needed and assigned by local leadership
