Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software including Excel

Job Duties

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence including e-mail, letters, and packages
  • Support bookkeeping
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports
  • Sort mail
  • Perform any other duty to help maintain the office
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
