  • prior office experience is preferred
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly
  • answer and direct incoming service calls
  • provide customers with company information such as store hours and location, and answer other general inquiries
  • assist with managing daily Service Log
  • monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status
  • file service work orders and service receipts
  • perform other duties assigned by Service management
