Job Duties
- Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate department
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers
