Job Duties
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
- Greet clients, suppliers, visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner and alert employee who is being visited
- Manage shipping and receiving
- accept packages and send an email for any incoming packages, distribute mail to the appropriate person, coordinate shipping (pack, schedule)
- Receive and distribute mail
- Ensure the office is orderly and neat to always present a professional working environment
- Provide parking validation, reconcile, and create a report for accounting
- Ensure the conference room is in an orderly manner, ready to use (computers, projectors, cables, etc. are available as needed) and appropriately stocked with beverages
- Resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage the building relationship by writing, distributing, and explaining building memos, requesting A/C overtime, etc.
- Data entry as needed
