Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
  • demonstrates effective time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • assist residents with a variety of requests including transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
  • coordinate with local service providers to arrange services for residents such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities
  • answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary
  • manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming
  • maintain and update resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
