Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • one year full-time experience performing front desk duties
  • must be 21 years of age
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • ability to pass background check
  • able to work specified clinic hours
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • schedule and coordinate client appointments
  • greet and assist clients with professionalism
  • manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • maintain accurate client records and scheduling databases
  • provide quality customer service and support to clinic staff
  • assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • communicate effectively with clients and staff
