Job Duties
- schedule and coordinate client appointments
- greet and assist clients with professionalism
- manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- maintain accurate client records and scheduling databases
- provide quality customer service and support to clinic staff
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- communicate effectively with clients and staff
