- current registry of certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing
- ability to communicate in English
- related administrative experience
- basic computer knowledge
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- valid driver license
- minimum 25 years of age
- English proficiency
- meet community driver approval process and have related driving experience

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests
- answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
- complete assigned administrative tasks
- serve as back-up transportation driver
- transport residents to appointments, activities, and emergency situations
- follow all regulatory and safety policies
- maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
