Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple phone lines
- proficiency in maintaining accurate logs
- willingness to cross-train in other areas such as security and logistics
- ability to remain calm and act responsibly in emergent situations

- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently or as part of a team
- strong time management skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to maintain poise and professional appearance
- ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with frequent interruptions
- strong attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- prior experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet all residents, vendors, and guests by directing them appropriately
- exercise good public relations skills
- deploy superb interpersonal relationship skills by communicating politely and courteously
- follow policies and procedures to ensure consistent services and minimize errors
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills by helping others and finding work when tasks are complete
- answer all phone lines and direct calls where appropriate
- monitor and act as incident command for emergent situations when needed
- be willing to cross-train in security and logistics
- maintain a daily log of residents leaving or returning from hospitals
- perform other duties as assigned
