Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- data entry skills

- willingness to work part-time Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
- computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment
Job Duties
- Properly greets and handles visitors with a smile and maintains eye contact
- answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner and takes messages accurately
- handles on-floor conference room activities and manages reservation systems
- implements security policies for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
- acts as a hospitality resource providing way-finding and building amenities information
- handles car service requests for visitors and staff
- communicates requests to internal support departments such as maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mailroom
- performs other duties as assigned
