Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing incoming phone calls and office visitors
- backup and lunch coverage for BVM
- process, log and distribute FedEx and other shipping packages including multiple couriers and interoffice mail
- log outgoing packages and documents from Collateral team
- sort mail daily and maintain employee mailboxes in supply room
- order FedEx and shipping supplies
- support executive assistant
- manage conference room calendar
- organize and maintain mailroom
- maintain and distribute employee roster
- conduct holiday decorating
- send mass emails to company and home office
- manage Front Desk Outlook inbox and respond accordingly
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned
