Job Requirements
- Associate diploma or equivalent
 - 1-3 years of relevant experience
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize
 - Proactive and organized approach
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality
 - Fluency in Spanish and English
 
Job Qualifications
- Associate diploma or equivalent
 - 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated proficiency
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Proactive and organized
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion
 - Bilingual in Spanish and English
 
Job Duties
- Greeting and reception of clients, visitors and employees
 - Operate switchboard for all incoming calls
 - Coordinate the scheduling of all conference rooms, including preparing the room and coordinating refreshments and catering for meetings as requested
 - Update and maintain visitors log and bank directory monthly
 - Assist executive assistants with special requests such as meals and act as liaison between management team and guests
 - Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
 - Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
