Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Qualifications
