Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
Basic knowledge of telephone and mail handling protocols
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Greet all individuals entering the front office in a pleasant manner
Respond to visitors business needs and inquiries
Monitor all visitors who enter the facility for security purposes
Answer all incoming telephone calls and respond appropriately or take messages
Process all outgoing mail
Maintain the front office area and all daily used business equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
