Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Professional demeanor suitable for front desk responsibilities
  • Ability to manage security protocols and visitor access control
  • Comfortable working in an onsite office environment in Twinsburg, OH

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years of administrative experience
  • Professional and comfortable sitting at the front desk
  • Friendly personality trusted to manage visitor access
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Effective internal and external communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and guests in the main lobby
  • Complete visitor forms and conduct Denied Party Screenings (DPS) in advance of visitor arrivals
  • Assign badges, nameplates to new employees, interns, and contractors and manage meet and greet activities
  • Assist Contracts Director with creation of NDAs and tracking expiration dates
  • Assist various departments with document scanning and uploading data into SharePoint
  • Update organizational charts, seating charts, and other site-specific documents
  • Support indirect supply chain by generating purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Manage office supply orders and purchasing
  • Coordinate the Health and Wellness Fair including biometrics and flu shots
