Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • prior relevant experience in reception or administrative roles
  • familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
  • strong communication skills
  • professional demeanor and appearance
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in related areas
  • previous experience in a legal environment a plus
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • ability to learn various computer software applications
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • excellent business and telephone etiquette skills

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone calls and take messages as required
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the proper location
  • Assist with guest services duties
  • Distribute messages to personnel via voicemail, email, or other methods
  • Schedule conference room meetings
  • Track the location of office personnel as needed
  • Assist with administrative support tasks
  • Coordinate vendors for maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned
