Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • previous receptionist experience is a plus
  • must be able to work weekends and some evenings as required

Job Duties

  • Welcome clients when they arrive
  • determine the nature of the client's visit and escort the client to the appropriate department or staff member
  • provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
  • answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • provide administrative support to the department managers
  • maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
  • perform special projects as assigned
