  • Prior office experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly
  • Answer and direct incoming service calls
  • Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location and answer other general inquiries
  • Assist with managing daily Service Log
  • Monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status
  • File service work orders and service receipts
  • Other duties assigned by Service management
