Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to greet and interact courteously with guests and clients
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable using phone routing systems

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in hospitality, customer service, general administration, or related field
  • Education may be accepted as a substitute for experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Outlook
  • Experience with phone routing systems
  • Friendly, professional, and courteous communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with guests and providing information

Job Duties

  • General clerical work including assisting with scheduling using Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook
  • Greeting customers, clients, visitors, and guests and directing or escorting them to the proper internal areas
  • Answering phones, taking messages, responding to general inquiries, and directing communications to various departments
  • Providing job applications to potential applicants
  • Supporting other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
