Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday 5:00pm to 9:00pm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic familiarity with phone system operations
- Basic computer skills including password resets and help desk ticket submissions
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday evenings
Job Duties
- Leads the customer service activities at the point of first contact
- Answers all incoming calls and directs inquiries at the reception desk in a professional manner to the appropriate associate or department
- Offers assistance and directions to all visitors at the campus
- Assists in monitoring and providing access to the building in coordination with security officer
- Assists students with IT access issues including resetting passwords and submitting help desk tickets
- Performs all other assigned duties by the Dean of Instruction
