Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

- familiarity with appointment scheduling software

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, online check-in, and wait time monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- have general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- manage answering phone
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to work a flexible schedule including peak times
- demonstrate dedication to great customer service
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- resolve customer issues effectively
