Job Requirements

  • prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • answer and direct incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
  • accurately take messages and route calls to appropriate departments
  • maintain office supplies and ensure monthly orders
  • keep office equipment stocked with paper and toner
  • sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and packages
  • process outgoing mail including FedEx and certified mail
  • assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files
  • support office team with general clerical tasks
