Job Duties
- greeting visitors and answering telephones
- guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
- scheduling and confirming appointments
- placing outbound calls for follow-ups
- reaching out to prospective clients
- presenting and explaining fees
- processing payments
- recommending and selecting products and services including prescriptions
- educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
- managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
- maintaining hospital cleanliness including removal of animal waste
- ensuring the facility is neat and clean both inside and outside
