Job Requirements

  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • strong phone, computer and email skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication

Job Duties

  • Manage high volume of incoming calls
  • ensure all incoming calls are answered efficiently and professionally
  • place outbound calls as needed
  • follow-up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads
  • provide exceptional customer experience
  • contribute to high CSI scores
  • enter and/or update customer information into the CRM system
  • be a liaison between customers and the sales/service department
  • manage shuttle rides for customers
