Job Requirements
- Ability to work onsite at a multi-building campus in Sunnyvale, California, five days a week from 7 AM to 4 PM

Job Duties
- Provide backup coverage for the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors and employees
- Support employees by providing directions, ensuring supplies are stocked, and maintaining breakrooms and conference rooms
- Monitor and ensure compliance with PPE and social distancing guidelines for employees returning from shelter-in-place
- Engage with new hires daily during their first week, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Prepare and arrange swag bags and balloons on new hires' desks for their first day
- Assist the client services manager with inspections and instructions regarding supply levels around the building
- Collaborate with the janitorial team to ensure common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Strategize around managing crowded locations to ensure a comfortable and organized environment
