Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience or ability to gain proficiency in programs and systems used for item processing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Develop thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Comply with all company policies and job-related state and federal laws and regulations

Job Duties

  • Staffs reception desk, greets visitors and maintains log and directs deliveries
  • Answers all telephone calls and forwards them to appropriate department and individuals
  • Operates a message center for return calls
  • Answers general member questions with regard to account information and available services
  • Performs file maintenance on accounts as assigned by supervisor
  • Recommends and cross-sells other Credit Union services
  • May be required to attend training at headquarters or off-site location
  • Performs other duties as assigned
