Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years receptionist or administrative experience
  • previous experience in a busy front desk environment preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • problem-solving ability
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • physical ability to sit for long periods and lift 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years receptionist or administrative experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • associate degree or college coursework preferred
  • professional administrative experience in a busy front desk environment preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude
  • proficiency with PC platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • physical capability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet and check-in customers and guests
  • create and issue photo ID and access control badges
  • ensure building security and maintain secure access protocols
  • assist with conference room scheduling and general clerical tasks
  • support facility management by submitting maintenance requests via the Corrigo system
  • maintain updated building contact lists for key personnel
  • update and maintain the Concierge Playbook
  • adapt to changing roles and responsibilities as needed
