Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and inquiries
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to coordinate with security personnel
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic IT knowledge related to password resets and help desk ticket submission
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work evenings Monday through Thursday
Job Duties
- Lead customer service activities at the point of first contact
- Answer all incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate associate or department
- Offer assistance and directions to visitors at the campus
- Assist in monitoring and providing access to the building in coordination with the security officer
- Assist students with IT access issues including resetting passwords and submitting help desk tickets
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Dean of Instruction
