Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines and inquiries
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to coordinate with security personnel
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic IT knowledge related to password resets and help desk ticket submission
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work evenings Monday through Thursday

Job Duties

  • Lead customer service activities at the point of first contact
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate associate or department
  • Offer assistance and directions to visitors at the campus
  • Assist in monitoring and providing access to the building in coordination with the security officer
  • Assist students with IT access issues including resetting passwords and submitting help desk tickets
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Dean of Instruction
