Job Requirements
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Skill in operating computers and office equipment
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and clinical staff
- High school diploma
- Two years medical office experience
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Additional appropriate education may substitute for one or two years medical office experience

Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties for physicians and clinical team
- Navigate patients through their care process
- Travel with assigned physician between offices if required
- Cover patient navigator duties at various locations as needed during PTO coverage
- Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and clinical staff
- Operate office equipment including computer systems, multi-line phones, fax machine and copier
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
