Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in client service or related field preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with scheduling software and telephone systems
- knowledge of animal health care basics
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- capacity to maintain hospital cleanliness and orderliness
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in customer service or veterinary environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic computer proficiency for scheduling and record-keeping
- knowledge of animal health and care practices beneficial

Job Duties
- greeting visitors and answering telephones
- scheduling and confirming appointments
- placing outbound calls for follow-ups and potential clients
- presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
- recommending and obtaining products and services including prescriptions
- answering questions about products services and educating clients on animal care
- managing medical records charts reports and correspondence
- maintaining hospital cleanliness including removal of animal waste
